Whether you need a cleaner for two hours a week, a live-in couple or a one off spring clean we will be able to help find the person / people you are looking for.

All candidates are required to supply the names and addresses of their three most recent employers and one character referee. We then take up the references and forward them on to you preferably before you interview the candidate /s.

Each applicant will have the relevant experience and / or qualifications required, unless you have stated that you are prepared to train an applicant.

We will work closely to the brief you have given us and will select the top applicants that match your requirements. We will contact you with a profile of each person that we feel are the most suitable for you.

One off bookings can be arranged for ‘spring cleaning’ waitress service, cooks etc. Please contact the office to discuss your needs and for availability and costs.

Interviews can be arranged by us or you can choose to call the applicant directly to discuss your requirements further before arranging to meet.

We hold copies of CRB Disclosures, C.V’s and qualification certificates on file for each candidate.

Advice can be given regarding the interview procedure, terms and conditions of employment, contracts, insurance, payrolls and payroll companies.

A one off introduction fee is charged once you have decided to employ a candidate put forward by Upstairs Downstairs Domestic Recruitment. No initial registration fee is charged. Please see our fees.

The candidate will then be employed directly by you or self employed depending on the nature of your requirements.
