In simple terms we find domestic staff on your behalf. We take your specific requirements for the task, the role and the person and then:

• Advertise and search for the people
• Interview and assess each person in order to validate their experience, skills, personality and their 'fit' to your requirements
• Varify identity and work experience
• Take references - obtaining written references and following up to all referees in person - this gives us verbal confirmation of the candidates
• Supply the client with interview packs that contain a summary of the applicant - CV, skills, references and our recommendations 
• Offer advice to clients at any and all parts of the recruitment and employment process 
• We are open until 8.30pm Monday to Saturday - offering service and support when you need it
  
• Follow up to all placements at 2 days and at the end of the first month

There are no fees payable by the client until the day that the candidate is employed - fees are only payable when you have the right person.

Our relationships with our clients is truly personal. By way of illustration we have: -

• Supplied chefs and waiting staff for weddings
• Found helpers to clean properties at the end of holiday let
• Helped sort out the garden and outbuildings for a party. 
• Furnished a truly Seven Star home for a visiting VIP to Oxford 
• Set up and staffed a Burford home for a month whilst the builders worked on their London home
